REFEREE : a user-friendly tool that provides reliable information about energy efficiency multiple benefits.
Referee is an online decision-support tool for energy efficiency measures. Built on state-of-the-art stock, techno-economic and macro-econometric models, it simulates energy efficiency policy packages, either at national or local level, and evaluates the energy and non-energy impacts of these policies, e.g. in terms of productivity, socioeconomic development, wellbeing, environment and climate.
